A Word of Caution
Don't let your Wedding Cake spoil your special day! KNOW who your cake vendor is. Cakes prepared in non-commercial (unlicensed) kitchens can lead to a liability risk for YOU should one of your guests become ill related to any foodborne illness.
If you are using an Event Coordinator or Caterer, INSIST that you deal with their cake vendor DIRECTLY when planning your Wedding Cake. This way you can be certain that your cake is being prepared according to health code guidelines by a licensed and insured vendor.
